1. How do I book?
Fill in the online request (2 minutes) or call (514) 344-0099.
2. How far ahead?
Ideally 24 hours; often possible with 3 hours’ notice, depending on availability.
3. Do I need an account?
No. A client area is available if you want to track your bookings.
4. When will I know who’s coming?
Within 2 hours during our hours (8 a.m.–7 p.m., 7 days), you get your nanny’s profile.
5. Can I book weekly?
Yes, choose "every week". We keep the same nanny whenever possible.
Pricing and payment
6. How much?
Childcare from $45/hr (tax-free), seniors $45/hr, cleaning and meals $40/hr. 3-hour minimum. Pricing
7. Any hidden fees?
No. Only the listed extras (+$10/hr for short notice, after 9 p.m., weekends, holidays) and tax depending on the service.
8. When am I charged?
Your choice: when you book, or after the booking if you leave your card on file.
9. Will I get a receipt?
Yes, by email after every booking.
Nannies and safety
10. How do you choose nannies?
Interview, references and criminal background checked, signed agreement. Our nannies
11. Can I have the same nanny?
Yes, tell us after the booking and we’ll offer her first.
12. Can the nanny drive my kids?
Yes, with your written permission and your car seats.
13. What if she’s not the right fit?
Tell us within 24 hours of the first booking: first hour refunded or a free replacement booking.
14. Are you insured?
Yes, the agency is responsible for the service.
Cancellations and surprises
15. Can I cancel?
Free more than 24 hours ahead; 1.5 hours charged between 24 and 3 hours; full minimum under 3 hours.
16. What if the nanny cancels?
We look for a replacement first. If no one is available, you’re not charged and get 10% off your next booking.
17. I’ll be home late.
No problem: let your nanny know; extra time is billed by the quarter hour.
Cities and languages
18. Where do you operate?
Montreal (Laval, South Shore), Sherbrooke, Vancouver, and we’ll search anywhere in Quebec.
19. Do your nannies speak French?
Yes, you choose: English, French or both.
