Carefully chosen

Who comes to your home?

A nanny interviewed by our team, with references and criminal background checked. We match her to your children’s ages, your language, a car if needed, and distance. You’ll get her first name, photo and experience before the booking.

Your questions

Do you care for babies?

Yes. Add the age to your request and we’ll send a nanny experienced with infants.

My child is sick, can you come?

Yes, it’s one of the most common reasons families call us. Tell us the symptoms: a nanny may decline a highly contagious illness, and then you pay nothing.

Can she pick my kids up from school?

Yes, on foot or by car, with your written permission and your car seats.

Can I book her every week?

Yes, choose "every week" in your request. We keep the same nanny whenever possible.

Why no tax?

Childcare is generally tax-exempt in Canada.
