Your questions

Do you provide medical care?

No. We offer companionship and daily help. For care, your local CLSC or a home nurse is the right resource.

Who books, me or my parent?

Usually the adult child. You book, we handle the rest and keep you posted.

Can you come every week?

Yes, with the same caregiver whenever possible.

My parent lives in a seniors’ residence.

We can visit there, following the residence’s rules.

My parent only speaks French (or English).

We’ll send a caregiver who speaks their language.
