How far ahead should I book?
24 hours is ideal, but we can often find someone with as little as 3 hours’ notice.
When do I pay?
Your choice: pay when you book, or leave your card on file and pay after the booking, only for hours worked.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 3 hours per booking (1 hour for pet care, 4 hours for events).
What if the nanny isn’t the right fit?
Let us know within 24 hours of your first booking and we’ll refund the first hour or send another nanny for a free booking of the same length.
Can I get the same nanny again?
Yes. Just tell us after the booking and we’ll offer her first.
